Scrap yard, Chicago, Fujifilm FP-100b Polaroids

Almost everyone of us have seen the trucks in the alley. The trucks overflowing with our "garbage". Refrigerators, bikes, swing sets, dryers, any sort of steel that can be found.

This is where it ends up. General Iron Industries.

I talked to the security guard and was only able to stay outside of the cones, not close enough.

During the week this place is a nut house. machines going non-stop, people dropping off scrap.
